A new resume is dropped into the resume/ folder
The agent watches the resume/ folder for new files. When a new resume is detected, the agent reads ALL resumes in the folder, compares them against the job description in job description/, scores and ranks every candidate, and generates a comprehensive screening report in Word format. The report is saved to screening report/.
